Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 8 large eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3 ounces cooked ham, diced

  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion

  • ½ teaspoon seasoning salt

Directions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.

  2. Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl.

  3. Stir in Cheddar, mozzarella, ham, onion, and seasoning salt.
