Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 1 (16 ounce) package small seashell pasta 1 cup mayonnaise ¼ cup distilled white vinegar ⅔ cup white sugar 2 ½ tablespoons prepared yellow mustard 1 ½ teaspoons salt ½ teaspoon ground black pepper 1 large Vidalia or sweet onion, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped ¼ cup grated carrots 1 pound diced cooked ham Directions Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
