Original recipe (1X) yields 48 servings Crust: 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour 1 cup brown sugar ½ cup butter, softened Turtle Layer: ⅔ cup butter ½ cup brown sugar 1 cup pecan halves Chocolate Topping: 1 cup milk chocolate chips Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Make the crust: Combine flour, brown sugar, and softened butter in a large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed until mixture resembles fine crumbs, 2 to 3 minutes.
