This pomegranate mimosa is a tangy twist on a traditional mimosa. No brunch is complete without a mimosa, and this adds a pop of color, too. Also delicious with Prosecco instead of Champagne.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings

  • 2 fluid ounces pomegranate juice

  • 1/4 fluid ounce orange flavored liqueur, such as triple sec

  • 4 fluid ounces chilled brut Champagne or sparkling wine

Directions

  1. In a champagne flute, combine pomegranate juice and orange liqueur. Top with champagne and serve.
