First let me say that oxtails are abundantly available in this part of NYC and lower Westchester Co. Excellent stew! Excellent! I have shared some with a friend of mine who happens to be African-American. I haven't heard from her yet but I cannot imagine that she would not give it 5 stars! (FYI: I have been using allrecipes since around 2003).
