Yesterday Lemon Pepper Pasta LaDonna Langwell reviewed Maureen Elenga’s The Best Sweet and Sour Pork Meatballs. 2 days ago Wow! I cut this recipe in half as its just the two of us and it still made plenty. This was absolutely fantastic. The sauce was perfect and I was so surprised how the sausage transformed into an asian flavor profile dish. Thank you.. for sure a keeper! Also added a small amount of the diced onions on top with the shredded cheese (didn't have green onions). This is super simple and extra scrumptious. Thank you. Winner! Helpful (0) Dill Pickle Meatloaf 03/30/2025 A keeper! This was fantastic! We did a tiny bit different spin on the glaze and I used breadcrumbs in my mix instead of bread. Was really, really flavorful. Keeperk! Helpful (0) Baked Spaghetti I 03/24/2025 What a fabulous way to dress up some pretty ordinary ingredients! I decided to mix some of the soup mixture with the pasta before layering. We are not huge fans of chunks of cooked tomatoes, so opted to add some sauce to our meat for the tomato aspect. It turned out great! Makes alot! Helpful (0) Copycat Crazy Puffs 03/18/2025 My husbands exact words "It exceeded my expectations". This was so easy and so flavorful. Really, really delicious. This would be make an excellent party food. I also recommend cutting back on the garlic salt. Otherwise, fabulous! The rice stuck to the skillet, which was a non-stick skillet. I think more oil needs to be added as the beef fat was not enough to make it flip onto the plate. We got the rice out and put it back in with more oil first. While it still stuck, it cooked enough to assemble the dish. As it was, the rice didn't really add anything. This would be just as good with all the toppings, sauce and beef served over plain white rice or as a burrito filling. It DID taste like a Big Mac because of the sauce. I like the idea, just will need some modifications. Helpful (0)
