The leftovers the next day were even better. I used a vidalia onion which didn't seem to cook all the way even though I cooked it in the loaf for 1hr 20mins. I also used a 13 x 9 glass dish so made the loaf smaller and placed it in the middle. Some recommendations: Cook until 1hr 20mins, precook the onions & make more sauce!
