Way too flavorful. Insane amounts of salt. I like the concept and will try again, but I will half all ingredients except the potatoes. I want to be able to taste potato.

Not a fan. It’s not bad, but might just confirm my simple taste. On a quality steak, all I want is rock salt rubbed into the meat before grilling.

Everyone in my family agreed. This is the most tasty grilled cheese sandwich we’ve ever had. And it sure is unique. Wish I had made it later in the day so I could have paired it with an ale. This sandwich is perfect pub grub.

Sounds like a delicious combo, and I do love apples and bacon. However, when I made it, I found the bacon too dominant. I’ll try it again if I can find mild bacon.

Great recipe for a first timer. However, I did some things differently. I used less salt. I used pink peppercorns. I only cooked 30 seconds on each side. I also find guests to be happy to have soy sauce as an optional condiment for the Ahi. Will definitely cook again.

First time I made scrambled eggs in the oven and it came out fantastic. Compliments all around at brunch. To make it richer, I used cream instead of milk.
