Easy recipe and so many uses! I have never used the thighs and what a difference! I added some roasted jalapeño and a few of my favorite southwest seasonings. Bagging it and freezing. Will use for enchiladas, tamales, tacos- perfect!

Easy peasy, although I grilled additional veggies and added to it!

After reading the reviews, I did add a thin pie crust layer on the bottom. I made pumpkin filling from scratch, and followed the recipe to the tee and the filling is DELICIOUS!! The topping is perfect to make a crumble for pumpkin, and it added the spice to it. I will use more pecans next time, and maybe use my standard granola mix. Overall, a fast and easy recipe and most ingredients are on hand.

Quick, easy & delicious! I did use brown sugar instead of syrup & put cinnamon in the water.

I love pumpkin seeds, and have never thought of preparing them in the air fryer! I dried them overnight and they came out beautifully! I’ll season them with other seasonings, but this is a fabulous method to make sure they are good and toasty.

I love the combination of flavors in this soup…. The apple adds a bit of sweet, onion and leeks are savory and the carrots add another layer of flavor. I DID use the 1/4 cup of very dry white wine, and maybe a tad more. I also added cinnamon to the onion/leek butter sauté. If you are a fan of pepper, you’ll want more than what this recipe calls for. Overall, it is absolutely delicious for a light fall lunch, or a side for dinner.
