This recipe was so easy. Yes, you need to use a couple of pans, but easy clean up for a BIG return. At first I thought cooking potatoes, onions, broccoli in 1 cup of water was weird…but no. The veggies cooked down and softened leaving behind plenty of broth. The end result was satisfying and flavorful. Top off your bowl with some Crystal or hot sauce if you like a little punch.

I didn’t add broccoli or corn but it’s still delicious.

This was a very delicious recipe. I had to adjust amounts of the ingredients to bake only 2 chicken breasts but used all the ingredients called for in the recipe. I did marinate the chicken in the sauce for about 30 minutes after whisking everything together and then cooked in a coated Corningware pan for another 30 minutes (with sauce poured over it) and served with wild rice and steamed broccoli. It smelled great while cooking and tasted great too. I will definitely make this again.

This was such a great recipe! As other reviewers have stated, the sauce leaves a wonderful "gravy" at the bottom of the dish which thickens on standing and is very flavourful. The chicken smelled great while cooking and got a great colour on it. I kept it in for the stated cooking time and it was perfectly cooked — not dry at all. There were a good amount of leftovers too although they didn't stay in the fridge for long!I used a mix of chicken thighs and legs and marinaded them for a bit ahead of time. You don't need to do this but I think it helps the flavour to develop! This sauce works very well on chicken thighs too. I used typical American mustard and doubled up on the honey since I had no brown sugar and it still turned out great. I served mine with some roasted vegatables and mashed potatoes (great for drizzling the gravy over!). I honestly couldn't recommend this recipe enough and I really encourage you to try it. Will definitely be making again!

I didn't have the Dijon mustard to add harness, which would have improved the results. Still at 35 minutes the chicken breasts came out a little dry. I'd definitely try again with mustard (any kind) and 30 minutes. The bake ware came out with balsamic vinegar "spots" all over the top area of the pan which was curly hard to remove. Keep clean up time in mind!
