  • Cut the green tops off of your strawberries.

  • Add berries together in either a blender or a 16 oz. glass if you are using a hand blender.

  • Blend berries with blender until they make a thick liquid.

  • Add soy/almond milk (vanilla soy milk tastes better!).

  • Add stevia powder (I like Sweet Leaf brand "Stevia Plus").

  • Blend.

  • Add crushed ice.

  • Blend well until you can't hear the ice being broken up.

  • Enjoy!
