  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  • Cut carrots and celery into smaller pieces. Place chicken breasts in a 9 x 13 inch (3 quart) glass baking dish - no need to grease dish. Cover chicken with carrots and celery pieces. Smooth condensed soup over chicken and veggies. Dust with black pepper. Do not cover baking dish.

  • Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 35- 40 minutes. (I use a meat thermometer)
