Make sure you cook longer its about 40 to 45 minutes. Drain salmon well. Cover edges so crust doesnt burn. Very delicious make with asparagus. Must let sit for 30 minutes to firm up.

Bonbon reviewed John Mitzewich’s Quick and Easy Black Bean Soup. 08/15/2016
I followed the recipe but found I needed to use an immersion blender, which blended the soup much better than the potato masher. The beans stayed whole and I prefer the blended version with just a couple beans left whole. Garnished with sour cream. Enjoyed it very much!

Bonbon reviewed Kookie’s Best Steak Marinade in Existence. 05/20/2016
Bought a 1 inch thick New York Sirloin which cost approx. $12.00.I mixed in the blender and it came out greenish although as another reader mentioned was to use fresh garlic which I used 3 cloves because we love garlic and its so healthy for you and as well the granulated garlic. Lots of basil does this. Marinated for 4 hours and grilled on my grill. Was very tasty. My husband and I enjoyed it with Parmesan noodles. I would recommend!

I enjoyed it very much! I'm still thinking about adding another herb or spice to this recipe. It was very good.
