Definitely going to make it on the big day. I was looking for a new and interesting way to make green beans and this is it. Very good and easy to make on a busy cooking day. Goes in the crock pot and forget it while you make everything else. YUM! I think this is going to be a Thanksgiving staple for us from now on. I made 1/2 the recipe one time without chopped walnuts to check it out. My wife and I really liked it and plan to make it for company on the big day. Definitely a holiday keeper.
