  • Preheat oven to broil setting.

  • Rinse the fillets in cold water and drain thoroughly on paper towels. Place on baking pan. Mix melted butter and lemon juice and top fillets with mixture.

  • Broil about 4 inches from heat for approximately 5-6 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with fork.

  • While fish is baking, combine remaining ingredients for sauce.

  • Top each fillet with lemon-parmesan mixture; return to oven and broil 2-3 minutes or until fish puffs and turns golden brown. Place fillets on serving plates; garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley (optional).
