Pleasantly surprised. This was delicious! I only used about half of the dill and added and extra 1/2 tbsp. of mayo. Served it on toasted whole wheat bread with sliced cheddar cheese, lettuce and mustard. I will be making this again. My 2 year old kept asking for more bites.

Surprising. I was not expecting it to have so much flavor and it is filling. I read the other reviews and worried about it being too watery so I drained the liquid from the Rotel and I didn't add the salsa. I used Ritz crackers because that is all I had on hand and I also used red onion,I am glad I did. For me this filled a 9 x 13 pyrex dish not an 8 x 8. It is a bit spicy so my little guys didn't like it but I thought it was fantastic.

Made these tonight and they were AMAZING! I don't like cake and I was making these for a friend but I had to try them simply because I love brownies. I took the advice from a couple of the reviews and used a piping bag for the brownies and I also used strawberry cake mix and vanilla frosting. What a yummy combination. We will be making them again. I only gave them 4 stars because the centers didn't cook all the way but that may have been my error of adding too much brownie batter. Next time I will add a little less and hope they come out better. We will be making these again soon.

I will be honest I was a little worried this wouldn't be good despite good reviews but man was I surprised. The flavor is great (I did add onion powder, garlic powder and cumin to the cheese mixture) and even my picky 5 year old who won't normally eat anything green loved these. We will be making them again in my house.

The flavor of the filling was fantastic, I liked the little kick you get with the cayenne pepper. I am only giving it 4 stars because the dough was a pain to roll out (since I had to do it by hand) and I ended up quitting and getting won ton wrappers because I couldn't get the dough thin enough. I will make this again but not sure if I will attempt to make my own dough the next time around. I also used alfredo sauce instead of the chive butter sauce and it went well with it.

Flavorful, easy and filling. We will be making this again. I did add 1 tsp of garlic, I used cheddar jack cheese instead of plain cheddar, plain petite diced tomatoes since the kids were eating and I also used frozen chopped spinach because that is what I had on hand. It was a nice alternative to regular stuffed peppers. My husband and 2 year old loved it and my 5 year old liked it after he got over the look of it. I used red and green peppers, I preferred the red and my son preferred the green peppers. Over all a great meal.
