My family loved this casserole. I've made it twice already with tomatoes from our garden and zucchinis our neighbor gave us. Really a nice flavor with the cheddar cheese.

This rice pilaf was very good. I made it with beef broth because I thought I had chicken broth it the cabinet and turned out it was beef. It was very tasty. I will make again using the chicken broth.

Thanks Chef John for another great recipe! This baby porchetta was delicious! Next time I would cut back the salt in the rub. It was a tad salty. And being wrapped in bacon added to the saltiness. Also followed suggestion from a reviewer and used the pre-cooked bacon. It came out perfect!

This zucchini cake is delicious! We loved it. Its a dense cake somewhat like a carrot cake. Very moist. And the cloves in the frosting really gave it a boost. I made the Basic Cream Cheese Frosting from this site. It is so much better than the canned frosting. Thanks for sharing a great recipe!

The corned beef was tender, but the potatoes and carrots were bitter from the stout. It was a very strong flavor in the vegetables. Probably will not use this recipe again. Sorry. Just not our taste.

This is a great recipe. I've made it numerous times. The flavor is delicious! It's a really good entree for a party. Do all the prep work ahead of time and put the skewers on the grill when the guests arrive. Cooks quickly. I usually serve with a side of rice and a garden or Caesar salad. i have used dried rosemary when I didn't have fresh and it was still good. Thanks for sharing Theresa.
