Excellent. Doubled the recipe and brought it to a group spaghetti pitch-in.

This is simple, moist, and delicious! The meat stayed moist after it was cut. I only had a large turkey roaster, so I did what someone else suggested and wrapped up the meat and onion mixture in aluminum foil, then put it in the roaster.I added 3 onions and 3 garlic, adjusting to slightly larger roast size, and just blended it up in a small pot with my immersion blender once the roast was cooked for a thick and wonderful gravy.-no added thickener, just add an extra onion. thanks!!

awesome! top favorite. the extra step of roasting may seem easy to skip, but it does give good texture to the dish. this will NOT dissapoint!

these are really great. so versatile!! we also make them sprinkling a little dry ranch seasoning, and make it sweet sometimes replacing garlic for cinnamon. remind me a little of corn nuts... hey! maybe next time bbq flavor!

I made 3 and gave one away. My friend still raves about it. Its soo good. worth making!

I like this a lot better than I do real mascarpone, its . I used it in Tiramisu II. My favorite dessert. Sooooo good!
