I make these every Christmass, and have never had a negitive remark. And am always asked for the reciepe. totally awesome....

I made these, omitted the brown sugar as suggested and used a whole can of whole cranberries.put in a baking dish then oven after par boiling the carrots. Everyone raved. Thanks for sharing.

I made this, it was totally awesome,I did have to add some thickening, (cornstarch),And found that to thicken the sauce taking the potatoes out made a big difference... The tang of the orange juice (which I had never used before) mellowed out the sweetness. Totally loved by all
