This is my daughter’s favorite salad!! I do have some suggestions:Instead of cooking your bacon buy an already cooked bacon which would be much easier to wrap around because they have a good consistency that would hold your wrapped lettuce together much easier! Second idea, with such a cute idea you want to present them at a party at their Best and value your time and effort you’ve put into making these special bites for guest!! So when you take them to a party take them all wrapped up with your bacon in a Tupperware with ice on the bottom & foil or ziplock on the top where this would keep them fresh & cool. Then when you arrive set them up on your tray and then put your cheese and dressing on. Another idea I thought of was for those people who don’t like blue cheese dressing put ranch and blue cheese dressings on the side instead. You could also try putting balsamic on the side also for those with lactose issues.Just a thought? !!!! I’m making these for Sure on my next gathering!
