I added 1 medium onion and omitted the wine. I also grated in half a carrot for a little sweetness. Next time I'll leave out the sugar.

I switched the onion powder for garlic powder. I also didn't have any celery on hand so I used half an onion. I sprinkled a little paprika to give the chicken a wonderful colour and flavour !

Delicious! I cut the veggies in half and added 4 cloves of garlic. I boiled the sausage first to make for easier slicing. After browning the sliced sausage in the pan, I deglazed the pan with about 1/3 cup of white wine. I still have plenty of leftovers for my lunch today.

First time making this and it was a success! I cut down on the butter and added olive oil to replace. Added extra garlic and red pepper flake for some spice.
