Sooo tasty! I really never knew stale bagels could have a second chance! These would be perfect with a nice dip, but they were satisfying as any chip on their own too with all the great natural flavours. I forgot the Italian seasoning, but it was still great. Needed to keep adding oil to have enough.

Used this recipe to make chicken breasts. They turned out really nice. I love the rosemary flavour in there. I did mine in the oven on 375 for 15 min per side. I made a bit more sauce for the pasta I served it with

It's amazing how simple yet delicious this recipe is! I was making it up one handed on the phone, so I just mixed everything in 1 bowl, but I think the result was fine- very moist and exactly what you want in a classic banana bread. I topped mine with walnut pieces and a sprinkle of brown sugar before baking, which was a great addition.

Yumsters! Didn`t use frozen veggies- did big chunks zucchini, red pepper and broccoli and it was amazingly colourful! I added 3/4 tsp fresh ginger and some honey garlic sauce (bottled) to give it more of the stir fry flavour my family likes. Everyone enjoyed it. Served over quinoa mixed with cous cous. Best part was that it is supppper quick and adaptable!

didn't have garbanzo beans so i used white kidney beans and it turned out well. also roasted my own red and yellow peppers and skinned them instead of using from a jar. i fine tuned the spice and lemon levels to my taste and also added an herb mixture. didn't have tahini so i tossed in a handful of sesame seeds and olive oil. this is a good base recipe and is very versatile to suit your taste. fantastic with tosted pita chips. thanks for posting marbalet
