I regret my time and the ingredients all wasted. Helpful (2) Greek Quinoa Salad 07/09/2021 Quick, flavorful and easy salad. I had about a cup of cooked spinach in the refrigerator and it was perfect for this recipe. I think if you used precooked spinach, one cup is plenty. The dressing was a quickie and a keeper too! Helpful (1) Dad's Cookies 10/27/2018 Don't be afraid of using Coconut Oil in place of Vegetable Oil. I used an ice cream scoop for uniform balls (it was larger than a walnut) and the cookies spread when baking, joining each other, probably from the size and maybe the coconut oil. They turned out so very good. Next time I won't add any chocolate chips, just want to enjoy the wonderful flavor without any enhancements. I'll bet no one can eat just one . You'll need quite a bit of self control for these! 10 STARS!!! Helpful (0) Orzo with Tomato and Fried Tofu 08/31/2015 Added Roasted Pine Nuts!! I loved this recipe!!! I put garlic and green onion in the olive oil as instructed using my wonderful wok. Removed the garlic and green onions after a few seconds, " Oh, the aroma!!" I may have added a tad more olive oil to wok, but the main thing is to keep the wok (or skillet) at a high temperature; stirring the cubed tofu from time to time. A wok works better than a skillet. It will become crispy and golden!! (Don't wimp out on this step!) I add both fresh and dried Basil and maybe a tad more lemon juice. Also, .....add a few (roasted) Pine Nuts before serving. Not everyone keeps Pine Nuts on hand, but for this dish, it's worth trying. It is very important to do a taste test to get the orzo salted to your liking. Otherwise, you may think it's bland. I've made this dish many times! Love it! Thanks for the recipe!!!!! Helpful (1) Classic Macaroni Salad 05/30/2014 This is wonderful! This makes a huge salad so look out! I cut down the sugar to 1/3 cup, added pimentos and about 1/2 cup of chopped cheddar cheese (very small chunks, about 1/4"). The salad complemented a Thai Red Curry dish I served for dinner. Plenty of salad left over, which I don't mind a bit!!! This recipe is so simple and definitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing Graden!!!!
