Worth the effort A keeper!
The cake is delicious! I had to bake it for an hour and 30 minutes before the toothpick came out clean.

A keeper! Great flavors Easy to follow Family favorite Worth the effort
My bf is a coffee lover, which is what got me looking for a coffee flavored cookie recipe. He absolutely loved these. Only problem I had with them was baking time, they were still abit under done in the center so I just added 4 min to bake time, so no biggie

I received rave reviews on this cake. However, if I were to make it again (as I have been asked to) I would bake it at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. 275 degrees took way too long to cook! I loved the idea of putting it in the freezer so as to keep it moist. Very clever indeed!
