Made it for Passover and it was a hit! The matzo ball recipe makes a lot! I froze the extra in rolled balls. Helpful (3) Chewy White Chocolate Chip Gingerbread Cookies 12/05/2013 Made these for a cookie bake off at church and tied for 2nd place! I doubled the recipe, skipped the rolling in the sugar because they are plenty sweet without it. This was the first time I have baked with molasses. I have discovered that I absolutely hate the smell of it. The cookies were fantastic, but beware if you have a sensitive sniffer because during the process I struggled with the smell of the molasses:) Helpful (0) Baked Ziti 02/01/2013 Be sure to cover it in the oven! I use my own homemade sauce b/c bottled sauce is unacceptable in an Italians house:) Therefore I skip the ground beef b/c there is beef and sausage in my sauce. I do like the sour cream version, but if you mix ricotta with egg instead it gives it more of a lasagna taste. Both are yummy for this Italians tummy!
