Super moist and just the right amount of pumpkin. To be a fair reviewer, I followed the recipe as written and it was great. I did top it with a cream cheese icing.

This is great. I used red wine vinegar and it gave it the extra zing the salad needed. A keeper for sure. This saves well and serves many.

So simple and delicious. I love the consistency of this muffin. My 3 year old daughter "made" them for dinner. I omitted the brown sugar just because I thought the mix would be sweet enough for us. I was right, but the brown sugar might be right for some.

this was great! I followed the recipe almost exactly, just cutting down on the butter and thyme. The fish was so flaky and crispy. The high heat did really well. Next time, I will eliminate the thyme altogether, but that is just a personal preference. I think any spices would be great (garlic, onion, Old Bay, etc). Any mild fish would work too. Really good base recipe that you can tweak to your liking.

I followed this recipe exactly except for adding 1 can of French Onion soup (liquid) in the last half of cooking. It was delicious! I did not mess up any pots (except the crock pot itself) and I love that. I just eyed the spices/flour but my gravy was thick and brown and just perfect. So easy to make and forget!

I would not make this again. It was just OK but nothing I am looking forward to eating a second time. I did not like the thyme personally. We ate it over angel hair pasta and it is across between tetrazini and alfredo.
