I am rating this 4 stars for its absolute crispness and the flavour that cooked right into the wings. I am rating one star less only for the fact that it was way too salty. Next time I will half the salt. But the baking powder method will be the only method I use from now on!

Excellent scone recipe! I did it all by hand and although it may seem intimidating to make it without a good processor, it's worth the satisfying results! Fluffy and delicious- next time I will try the almond/cherry variation.

I made as is except for adding some sautéed red pepper and onion which I put on top of the ham. I also added some thyme to the milk/egg mixture. I served it with a simple arugula salad and it was a beautiful brunch for my guests!

Followed some other suggestions and shook the chicken pieces in flour before browning it, and then I used sriracha as the hot sauce as suggested. I steamed some broccoli and added it to the mix and it was perfect over rice!

DELICIOUS! I did reduce the oil but not by much. I, like some other reviewers did not feel there was a need to add more broth at the end. There were plenty of juices in the pan. Make sure to use thighs (bone in or boneless it doesn't matter) as they are so flavourful!
