For some reason I never made a pecan pie before. Somehow I had the impression it would be a lot of work. This recipe was so simple and quick! I bought a pre-made crust to save time. The filling was so delicious! It was not goopy and sticky (I added 1 Tbs of flour as many recommended) and it wasn't too sweet. I also added 2 tsp of vanilla and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Everyone LOVED it. This will be my holiday pie from now on!

I wanted to try a different side dish for Thanksgiving this year and came upon this recipe. I think I had only had brussels sprouts once before and it was not a great experience. But with all of the rave reviews, I decided to give this a try. I followed another poster's advice about leaving the sprouts in the bag with the olive oil, salt, and pepper for a few hours. Wow! This was the dish I kept going back for out of all of the delicious Thanksgiving spread. The best part is it's so easy. I will be making these often.

This was so easy, but the results were so delicious! My guests all raved about how juicy the turkey was. The only thing I did differently was put butter under the skin as well as on top. I've tried brining and other methods, but this recipe is so good I'll be keeping it simple from here on out.

Easy and delicious. It's always a hit at any get-together I make it for.

Very flavorful, but mine turned out a bit dry and I followed directions exactly. I like my mac and cheese with more sauce for sopping up with bread. I will add a bit more velveeta and milk next time. Other than that...yum!

A bit time consuming to put together, but really tasty - creamy and filling. I use a rotisserie chicken to save time and add a can of corn. It makes quite a large amount so we have leftovers for lunch for a couple of days.
