  • Put the water in a medium-sized pot and add olive oil (or preferably olive oil from the sun-dried tomato jar) to the water.

  • Once the water is boiling, add the par-broiled rice. Please ensure it is par-broiled rice rather than instant rice or any other type of rice.

  • Once the rice is well-cooked and the water has completely evaporated, add the lemon & herbs spice before adding the rest of the ingredients to the cooked rice. Please ensure it is lemon & herbs spice and not lemon pepper or any other lemon-based spice.

  • Mix the ingredients well with the rice.

  • At your discretion, you may want to add more lemon & herbs spice to increase the taste of the lemon and herbs spice. Serve the rice afterwards.
