Awsome and easy. Serve with whatever you like but I love mustard with my corn dog. I made mine with toothpicks and cocktail weenies and they were gone in seconds. Next time I will have to double the batch to make sure I get more then one. Even better was the fact I used mini chedder cocktail weenies for that cheese flavor, its to die for!!!!! 2 thumbs up. I hate this. I have nothing against people who do not eat meat but these were not to my liking.

Salads are great. I mean I put in onion,grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, celery,tuna and crutons along with the lettuce and dressing. You can add or subtract. I like to go thru the fridge and see what might be close to going bad and then use it in a salad. You can add fruit and nuts. Anything that you think you might like to use, but i warn you to try it by makin a little bit first to see if you will like it so you dont waste a lot of time and ingredients on something that does not do well with something else. The possibilities are endless.

THIS WAS AWSOME!!!! 5 stars all the way. I didnt use the eggs but instead I placed corn bread on a plate and coverd it with the Kielbasa and corn hash. I made this the day before we ate it cause I took it to a SD Chargers game and place it in foil trays and just heated it up on the grill. I had to triple the batch for the amount of people so I only used 3/4 of the corn and added another pound of Kielbasa, we like more meat in our dishes. I should have doubled the batch I already tripled cause i couldnt keep it on the table it was gobbled up so quick. Will be making this again and again in the future. So cheap to make and so many different variations you can do with this recipe so you can experiment for days. Thank you for sharing this recipe with us.

I was skeptical about making the Corn Pudding at first cause I dont really prepare many sweets, so I made just enough for 2-3 servings. I was amazed at the simplicity of this recipe and loved the way it came out. Not a desert by any means. I cant wait to add it to my endless amount of dishes I serve during the holidays. I dont know why other reviews say the the topping is no good, i think they may have burnt the sauce topping and or undercooked it. Mine was great. Thanks for sharing this recipe. Oh yea one more thing i did do was I doubled the recipe so that my pudding was not just a thin layer in my 9x13 pan.

This is so easy. The citris flavor is such an awsome twist. Try it on salads too, i do and it is fantastic!!
