This recipe turned out great. I did add a couple of shakes of garlic salt to meat sauce mixture while it was simmering. I also didn't see in the recipe of when and where to add the minced garlic leaf. I didn't have garlic leafs but I did have minced garlic in a little jar, so I put just about a 1/2 tablespoon in the meat sauce as well. Overall my wife and I loved it and for now on I will be making it this way. Helpful (0) Allrecipes Member reviewed eoliver365’s Grandma's Best Ever Sour Cream Lasagna. December 2024 I made it my first lasagna I added bacon bits in with the ground beef omitted the sausage and used cream cheese with the sour cream because I didn’t have enough mozzarella. This is a great version and my go to from now on. Really, really good. Helpful (0) Allrecipes Member reviewed eoliver365’s Grandma's Best Ever Sour Cream Lasagna. July 2024 A keeper! Great flavors Easy to follow Worth the effort Crowd-pleaser Family favorite It’s perfect! Everyone loves “my” lasagna! I sometimes tell them it’s made with sour cream! My husband doesn’t like ricotta at all. So this is the perfect recipe for our family! Couldn't tell it was sour cream..Also I used a jarred sauce. Will definitely make it again, but will use light sour cream. I double the recipe, halve the dough ball and roll out into heavy 1/8 sheets, prick the sheets heavily with a fork, then cut into 1” pieces with a pizza cutter. I bake them pretty close together on the pan, they don’t spread, just poof up a bit. Bake as directed, I use parchment paper. Makes about 100 when doubled and made as described here. These freeze fantastically! The kids at church say mine are the best! Helpful (0) Taco Seasoning 02/07/2019 This stuff is great! I have been using this recipe to make my own taco seasoning for quite awhile now. I make it in a large quantity and store it in a mason jar. I don’t eat a lot of salt, so I halved the salt in the recipe. I also omit the crushed red peppers for my kids sake and it’s still plenty flavorful for the adults. Helpful (1) Honey Mustard Dressing 02/07/2019 I don’t like honey mustard but my husband and Father absolutely love when I make this recipe. They use for salad dressing. I made the recipe as is. I have always been afraid to try and make fudge but you literally cannot mess this up! Going to try a peanut butter variation soon using peanut butter chips. Helpful (5) Ham and Beans 10/23/2013 I love, love, love this recipe! I am actually making this right now for at least the fifth or sixth time. I, like many others, use much less brown sugar, maybe 2 tablespoons. I also add 2 cups of fordhook lima beans and 2 tablespoons of butter. Delicious!!! Helpful (1) Witches' Brew 10/28/2012 I made this last year for a Halloween party, it was the perfect touch for the punch bowl! I am getting ready to make it again this year! I only used the recipe for the floating hand so I can't say much for the punch. I used strawberries and lemonade for the hand since it went with the drink I was making...turned out great!!
