Was going to get take-out Thai Basil Chicken then remembered I have Thai basil in the garden! So I googled "Best thai basil chicken recipe" and yours came out on top. This may be the best thing I have ever made! Thank you so much for sharing this! I used half the chicken and a whole tablespoon of fish sauce and whole tablespoon of brown sugar (no white sugar). While eating it I was feeling a little bad about the huge amount of sodium...then I realized I forgot to add the soy sauce! Well it was a good thing, because it was perfect the way it was!

My mom made a version of this we hated as kids. But I miss my mom and this salad which I now love! Ingredients are canned pineapple, chopped celery, shredded carrots, walnuts and green olives. I made a large box of lime Jello with speed set method, then ingredients...chock full. Jello started setting right away! I made another batch of jello and added more ingredients to fill to rim! Hubby thinks it's vile as he hates olives but I think the olives are what make this divine! Speed set method is the way to go.
