Good but hard to blend in blender. Didn’t have Parmesan so used old white cheddar and it was great. I will make again but will try something different to purée it.

This was easy and really good. I added a can of sliced black olives (liquid drained) and chopped fresh parsley into the sauce and once plated I put some chopped sundried tomatoes (packed in oil) on top with some parsley to garnish. Also sprinkled some Parmesan on top. I froze the leftover pasta with sauce for easy meals. I will definitely make again.

This recipe was easy and delicious. Instead of making muffins, I made a loaf and spread the crunch topping all over it. I used my Kitchenaid for the whole recipe and it worked perfectly. I added the dry ingredients to the wet after I had mixed it (mashed) in the Kitchenaid. I did add 1 tsp vanilla because my regular recipe called for it and I love it. I baked it for approx. 45 min at 375. It was really tasty. I will definitely make again. For anyone that doesn’t know you can freeze overripe bananas for whenever you want to make muffins or loaves. Just peel bananas and put in freezer plastic bag and freeze. Take out whenever you need them. Just thaw slightly before use.

Great sauce! Very easy to make. Does not have a strong blueberry flavour at the end and is more of an exotic flavour. I only added a sprinkle of cinnamon because I am not a big fan. I cooled in fridge for 20 min before putting over vanilla ice cream and sponge cake! Will make again.
