Ultimate is right! This is tasty beyond imagine. I’ve made it straight blackberries. Delicious I must say. And just now put in a batch of blueberry and blackberries. Can’t imagine anything but wonder coming out of my oven in about 30 minutes. The recipe says to cool for 20 minutes. I never wait that long!

So awesome! What a great recipe. And yes it inspired me, after reading other reviews, to not do the cauliflower. I went to the recipe 'Thai Chicken Curry in Coconut Milk for basic spices and some idea of how much carrots and potatoes. I added other spices in the reviews of this great recipe and what a dish! I mean WOW! Tossed in the crockpot for a couple of hours... I'm starting to drool. I need to stop. You get the idea. Just read. You'll do good! Gotta go!!!

This stroganoff is wonderful. It is very easy to make. It makes a good amount. And it tastes so good. Wouldn't it be nice if there were a button that would take you to a parallel site where all ingredients and time to cook would be adjusted for overall portions for single people. Already I have had four portions and I have not made a dent in the container. Again. This Stroganoff is wonderful!
