November 2023 I made this as directed other than I used 6 lbs of potatoes instead of 5lbs. The fact that it's contained in crock pot was a big plus in keeping them warm. Everyone was impressed and thought they tasted great.. someone even compared it to loaded baked potatoes. Definitely would make these again.
