We really enjoyed this recipe! Only thing I changed, just dipped chicken in egg then seasoned Panko crumbs (seasoned the crumbs). We loved the stuffing & will definitely make again!

This is delicious. The only reason I’m giving the recipe 4 instead of 5 stars is that you will in all likelihood need to play around with the recipe more so than with your average recipe. I might suggest making it as written and going from there. Thank you for the recipe!

I thought it tasted fine. The chicken breasts, because of their size, came out SUPER tender. I wasn't as impressed with the feta as I thought I would be. And I LOVE feta! But, for ME, I prefer the taste of cream cheese and will probably make this the next time with cream cheese.

This is an excellent meal. I did change it up a bit and smoked my breast without the breaded outer crust. I used some Texas Oil Dust seasoning that I love. It was amazing!

Not really adept at stuffing (except my mouth☺), but went ahead and gave it a go.I was quite pleased with the flavor. I need a formal like recipe dish and this will work.I enjoyed the onion smashed potatoes (did add some left over bacon into the potatoes, cause one cannot ever have enough bacon.Thanks for a delicious recipe. Keep experimenting, you are onto something.

I have made this recipe for years now just as written. Amazing!! Just recently I have substituted a head of cauliflower and one package of mushrooms for the potatoes. It is just as good!! I add the mushrooms with the onions to cook. Then add the cauliflower when you would add potatoes and cook for 7 min. Top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese and some extra crushed red pepper. Delish!!!
