  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil and add lasagna noodles.

  • Brown beef over medium heat. Half way through browning add garlic, onion powder, italian seasonings, pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper. Once meat has browned turn off heat and stir in spaghetti sauce.

  • Now in a 13x9 inch pan lay down your first five lasagna noodles, 1/2 meat sauce in an even layer, 1 cup cottage cheese, and half of the mozarella. Repeat the layering process again.

  • Cover with foil and put in pre-heated oven for 40-45 minutes. once it has cooked remove the foil and place lasagna back in the oven for 5 minutes to let the top brown slightly.

  • Take lasagna out of oven and let it set at room temp. for ten minutes so that it is not runny when you cut into it.
