WOW! I LOVED IT! I don't know why this isn't a more popular dish! the whole family loved it. I didn't have 1/2 & 1/2 on hand so I used my 1% milk, I creamed it in the blender then put it back in the pot and added only 1 cup cheese... GREAT sauce, I added a lot of hot sauce so it wasn't bland at all. I also used chicken that I slow boiled with olive oil and lots of spices. then shredded it on the toast.... WOW, so yummy!!! Thanks for sharing!

made this for my peanut butter addicted sons 23rd birthday. he loved it! Said he wants me to make it for his next birthday, which is good because it was a simple recipe. I waited to frost until the cake and frosting cooled a little so the frosting was a bit thicker and easy to spread

fun recipe, I added peanuts because every time I buy caramel corn with nuts, there are never enough inside. so it was great to be able to throw in too many. :) The popcorn is sweet and tastes great but for some reason didn't taste very caramel-y to me.

After the Chef John Smothered Pork Chop recipe hit, I decided to keyword search "Chef John". at the beginning of his video he says this recipe is as good as others, but really, its better. Chef John is a great chef in my book! oh I did one tweak, substituted pumpkin seeds for the walnuts for allergy reasons and it was a great sub!
