These are absolutely delicious! The sweet potato perfectly balances the spicy beans. I used black beans, and per other reviews, much less water. I topped with sour cream, and left off the cheese. Tasty, good for you, and easy to make!

This is absolutely wonderful. I opted to double the spices so that I could have plenty of flavor without too much sweetness, and that suited my taste perfectly. It's sweet, but also has the warmth of the ginger, cinnamon and pepper. Really a brilliant combination! I use it in both hot and iced coffee, I love it in both. I think it's important to use the whole spices when possible; that way they infuse the syrup and don't settle on the bottom. Thanks for sharing a great recipe!

These were amazing! I made half of the recipe because there are only 2 of us, but used the whole egg. I also used a little jarred jalapeno in the sauce and the patties, as we are not fans of very spicy food. Half of the recipe made 4 good size patties. The sauce is incredible, I'll be using it for more than just this recipe. The balance of flavors is just perfect, and so unusual. The sweet potato is the perfect counterpoint to the heat of the cumin and jalapeno, and the lime sauce is the perfect complement. We both loved this recipe, and will be making it again soon! The mango is what makes this guacamole so special, I think. They add a touch of sweetness and color, and that unexpected flavor that makes everyone just rave about it. I think soaking the onion in lime juice must really take the raw bite out of it, it was a brilliant thought. This recipe is a big hit in my circle of friends!

LOVE the texture of this cheesecake. The sour cream makes it more creamy and less dense than most cheesecakes. It was light yet rich at the same time, and not overly sweet. We all loved it.
