I sprinkled just a touch of garlic powder on mine along with the salt, pepper and olive oil and I had to cook mine for 1 hour to get the desired tenderness. Very simple and the same great flavor as steamed cabbage! An added bonus was that I didn’t have to stand over the stove tending to it. I will definitely cook this again .
