Not too bad! I wouldn't say I loved it but it had a pretty good taste to it. Enough that I will make it again. I don't have to throw away that anchovy paste now. 😊I just cut up thighs and it came out pretty good. 4.5 stars. Mine wasn't as red though. It's weird how it never comes out looking like the picture.

Excellent! From now on, this will be the only way I'll make burgers! (I was once at a friend's place who grilled thick burgers the usual way and mine came out all RAW in the middle!) Smashing is definitely the best way to do burgers! IMHO

Very nice. I waited until the temp read 125 and thought that might be good enough but cutting into it I realized I should have waited until your recommended 130! It was pretty rare. But still pretty good. I steamed some broccoli to go with it and made my Mom's horseradish sauce. Good meal tonight!

Excellent! Very close to what I think is the perfect wing sauce. When I was living in Miami, FL I ate wings at a place called Sports Grill. They made sauce similar to this (they told me what was in it without giving me the exact recipe). The wings are out of this world! I make it a point to eat there EVERY DAY when I go back (which is definitely not often enough!) But this sauce is a definite keeper! Thank you! (I just need to make a lot of it! Does that mean simply doubling everything?)

It was pretty good. Very "salty." I couldn't tell what kind of vinegar you used so I used White Wine Vinegar. I'm not a cook but it came out good (ish), if I do say so myself! Although, it's just a bit too mayonaisy IMO. I was looking for a refreshing cuke salad. It's okay.

It was...good. I love green olives so I added a jar at the sauce step. I only added a little green pepper though. But maybe the green pepper and olives didn't work together, I don't know. I think I will try the sugar and cream suggested by hironda next time.
