Made this for some friends who visited. They loved it. We loved it as well! It was my first time making it but not my last! I didn’t bake it with the gravy. I also used white peppered gravy. Applied gravy as I dished it out. Delicious. I’m sure you could add in onion,peppers, mushrooms, or any vegetables. Excellent!

Refrigerated biscuits and packaged gravy make it so easy. I make 2 packages of gravy!

Family really enjoyed this recipe. The only real change I made is I used a can sausage gravy and added my own flavoring to it.(A little chicken bouillon, and a very small pinch of sugar to cut down on the rich)

Delicious! I used a rosemary and garlic jar gravy instead of pork gravy.

I love this recipe! Made a few changes to make it my own and I think it’s much better. I only use 6 biscuits, and I flatten them on the bottom of the pan. That way they don’t over take the dish. I use 2lbs of sweet Italian sausage. 7 eggs instead of 6 and I use McCormick country gravy (2/3-2cups of water). The leftovers are absolutely just as delicious!
