This is exactly how it says to cook the cranberries on the back of the fresh Ocean Spray Cranberries that I bought (minus the jalapeno's and Sherry). I was out of Sherry so I used Grand Marnier and the orange went very nicely and also added a dash of salt. I reduced down to 1 jalapeno because 3 just seemed like a lot or maybe the ones I got were extra big. Excellent recipe

DON'T EAT THIS WARM!! Who doesn't love warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream? Well...this isn't the pie for that. It is ONLY good chilled and the next day. However, it is something different than the traditional apple pie. I liked it ok but I think I will keep trying different recipes. :)

I chose to alter this recipe and have it more like cornbread than a casserole so instead of 1 box of Corn muffin mix I used 2. I also added 1/4 cup of milk and sliced up two slices of bacon and added to the mix. I also added all the cheese to the mix and didn't put any on top. This came out fabulous! Couldn't even tell there was zucchini in there so the kids gobbled it up! Great idea!

Brownies were okay....but not my favorite....I think I'll keep looking. It got mixed reviews in my household. However, it was unanimously agreed that we didn't like the icing.....I think it was the honey flavor....when I eat chocolate icing I want to taste chocolate not honey....and it made the brownies too sweet.

Needed a pound cake for the cake mold I was using for a birthday party. Got a lot of compliments on the cake! I used fresh blueberries - cake stayed moist for several days. Wonderful recipe thank you very much!

I LOVE THIS! I've been looking everywhere for this recipe. A co-worker of mine made it several years ago and just wouldn't give up the recipe but kept saying how simple it was.....so glad you posted it! Thanks! Even people that claim not to like coconut - love this dish!

Sorry.....I forgot to put stir CONSTANTLY not occassionally. I prefer mine with pecans.

This is awesome! The key is to make sure everythings coated so use enough mayo - the directions don't have to be precise....you can add a little more or add some sour cream (but it's not a must). I always omit the black olives (just not a big fan)However, I do use chives or chopped green onions. I also put the bacon on the inside not just on top. I sometimes use velveeta and sometimes use shredded....but I always put some shredded on top and brown it. It's just like building a loaded bake potato anyway you like it. A must try! This is one of my favorites!
