It had such a high "canned soup" taste and was not at all flavorful as much as it was salty. I liked the idea, but unfortunately would not ever make this again using the soup. Helpful (10) Paneer 11/28/2007 PERFECTION! This is the best way to make paneer - try this method before using one that uses lemon juice or vineager which alter the natural flavor. This comes out creamy and delicious. I added salt the curds and omitted the food processor step. When I rolled it into the balls I put a teaspoon of garlic in the center so it dispersed when I flattened it out. I used an stovetop cast iron griddle grill and the bread DID bubble up properly and came out great! Helpful (3) Yummy Potato Skins 08/02/2005 I gave this recipe four stars simply for the creative idea. Instead of tossing them in salad dressing I used extra virgin olive oil and a pre-made spice mixture used for bread dipping. If you don't use oil, they won't come crispy.
