This was great. I added a few tablespoons of sugar and changed up the veggies a bit. I spooned it onto fajitas at dinner and served it as an appetizer. Awesome!

This was a great and easy fajita recipe. I would definitely do this again.

My husband could not stop eating it - said he could eat the whole casserole it was so good. Mine was not dry at all. I lined the pan with tinfoil, forgot to add mushrooms, cut the noodles by an ounce or so, and used three 5 oz cans of tuna. It was awesome.

Great taste. I have to cut down on the spinach. I didn't use zucchini and added the shells to the soup before serving. The longer this cooks the better it is.

This was awesome. I will double the sauce next time.

I had to cut the cooking time down to about 13 minutes or the bottoms got too brown. I loaded each with cherry Solo pastry filling. Yummy!
