A violent crime or crime of violence is a crime in which an offender uses or threatens force upon a victim. This entails both crimes in which the violent act is the objective, such as murder, as well as crimes in which violence is the means to an end. Violent crimes may, or may not, be committed with weapons. Depending on the jurisdiction, violent crimes may vary from homicide to harassment. Typically, violent criminals includes aircraft hijackers, bank robbers, burglars, terrorists, carjackers, rapists, kidnappers, torturers, active shooters, murderers, gangsters, drug cartels, and others.
Violent crime by country
The comparison of violent crime statistics between countries is usually problematic, due to the way different countries classify crime. Valid comparisons require that similar offences between jurisdictions be compared. Often this is not possible, because crime statistics aggregate equivalent offences in such different ways that make it difficult or impossible to obtain a valid comparison. Depending on the jurisdiction, violent crimes may include: homicide, murder, assault, manslaughter, sexual assault, rape, robbery, negligence, endangerment, kidnapping (abduction), extortion, and harassment. Different countries also have different systems of recording and reporting crimes.
The Enforcement Acts were three bills passed by the United States Congress between 1870 and 1871. They were criminal codes which protected African-Americans’ right to vote, to hold office, to serve on juries, and receive equal protection of laws. Passed under the presidency of Ulysses S. Grant, the laws also allowed the federal government to intervene when states did not act to protect these rights. The acts passed following the ratification of the Fourteenth Amendment to the US Constitution, which gave full citizenship to anyone born in the United States or freed slaves, and the Fifteenth Amendment, which banned racial discrimination in voting.
At the time, the lives of all newly freed slaves, as well as their political and economic rights, were being threatened. This threat led to the creation of the Enforcement Acts.
Goal
The main goal in creating these acts was to improve conditions for blacks, and freed slaves. The main target was the Ku Klux Klan, a racist organization, which was targeting blacks, and, later, other groups. Although this act was meant to fight against the KKK and help blacks, and freedmen, many states were reluctant to take such relatively extreme actions, for several reasons. Some politicians at the state and federal levels were either members of the Klan, or did not have enough strength to fight the Klan. Another goal of these acts was to achieve national unity, by creating a country where all races were considered equal under the law.
The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, H.R. 3355, Pub.L. 103–322 is an act of Congress dealing with crime and law enforcement that became law in 1994. It is the largest crime bill in the history of the United States, consisting of 356 pages providing for 100,000 new police officers, $9.7 billion in funding for prisons and $6.1 billion in funding for prevention programs which were designed with significant input from experienced police officers. Sponsored by U.S. RepresentativeJack Brooks of Texas, the bill was originally written by SenatorJoe Biden of Delaware, passed by Congress, and signed into law by PresidentBill Clinton.

Author of “ The Violent Crime Control And Law Enforcement Act of 1994” Senator Joe Biden at his best
This was all said before Biden got into the presidency. He got 80% of the Black vote. When Biden was righting a crime bill directed at locking up young black men for 15-25 yrs on drug charges Trump was being presented an award from Rosa Parks for his charitable work in the black community. This whole Biden Presidency that’s done more harm in less time then any President in history was completely foreseeable and avoidable. The 1994 'Joe Biden' Crime Bill. starring Joe Biden
The following video is a compilation of Joe Biden's stance on incarceration. For over 40 years, Joe Biden wrote the book on mass incarceration.
The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, commonly known as the crime bill, was sponsored by Joe Biden 30 years ago. It is often blamed for extending tough-on-crime policies that overly criminalized Black Americans.
Biden ran on a promise that he would offer $20 Billion Dollars to the states for them to drop their mandatory minimum sentencing. He did nothing.
The bill has incarcerated more black men than anywhere else on the planet. For example, New Jersey, a democratic ran state with Governor Phil Murphy. It has the biggest black-to-white racial disparity in incarceration. Black adults are 12x more likely to go to prison tha...

Black adults are 12x more likely to go to prison than a white adult.
This proves that it doesn't matter what state, red or blue. The bill that Biden drafted locks up people of color and destroys their communities as it was intended to.
The prison industrial complex was created by Joe Biden and it now has influence over funding and elections. Corporations are making billions on the free slave labor while state such as New Jersey pay their incarcerated less than $30 a month.

The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, H.R. 3355, Pub.L. 103–322 is an Act of Congress dealing with crime and law enforcement; it became law in 1994. It is the largest crime bill in the history of the United States and consisted of 356 pages that provided for 100,000 new police officers, $9.7 billion in funding for prisons and $6.1 billion in funding for prevention programs, which were designed with significant input from experienced police officers. Sponsored by Representative Jack Brooks of Texas, the bill was originally written by Senator Joe Biden of Delaware and then was passed by Congress and signed into law by President Bill Clinton.

Billionaires invest in media so they can keep the working class people fighting each other on bullshit grounds like racism. Slavery existed in every country on earth. Great Britain was the first to outlaw the practice it we were not far behind. Fredrick Douglass was born a slave and died The Marshal of Washington D.C. This country isn’t evil. Only in America could something like that happen. You need to hate your country so when they intentionally destroy it from within your not too bothered. More people need to start speaking out. Biden is blatantly flooding out country with illegals so they can vote in the next election. That’s called treason and there’s a punishment for that.
