Session 13: Unit Step function examples and how to express a function in terms of unit step function
In this video, we will see what do you mean by Unit Step function at t=0. Then we will see how to rewrite if we translate on the right or left side on t-axis. Then we will see examples to understand the concept.
We will also see how to write a piecewise continuous function in terms of unit step function i.e., we will see how unit step function will help us to write a piecewise continuous function in one line.
At the end we will see how unit step function helps us to translate a function.
In the next session, I will talk on how to find Laplace of a unit step function and then we will see second shifting theorem as well.
