Mousse T. (born Mustafa Gündoğdu, 2 October 1966 in Hagen, North Rhine-Westphalia) is a German DJ and record producer of Turkish origin. He is best known for his collaboration with Tom Jones, "Sex Bomb", released on the album Reload.
Biography
One of the first producers of house music in Germany, alongside contemporaries Boris Dlugosch, DJ Tonka and Ian Pooley, Mousse T. began his career in 1990 as keyboard player for a small band known as Fun Key B. At the same time, he set up his own recording studio and began DJing in the city of Hannover. Besides working on his own productions, usually with partner Errol Rennalls, Mousse T. also wrote and produced tracks for other artists. In 1993, he founded, along with Rennalls, Peppermint Jam Records, a label specializing in uplifting house music and melodic acid jazz.
His 1998 production "Horny '98" featuring Hot 'n' Juicy (and a chorus sung by Inaya Day) on vocals reached the top of the Billboard dance charts in the late 1990s and Top 20 in the UK and Australia. It was also featured on Chef Aid: The South Park Album. His first album, Gourmet de Funk, was released in 2001. In 2004, he once again entered the Single Charts with his song "Is It 'Cos I'm Cool?", which is featured on his second album, All Nite Madness, also released in 2004. The song features the vocals of Emma Lanford.
Paul C. McKasty (September 20, 1964–July 17, 1989), better known as Paul C, was an East coast hip hopproducer and engineer in the 1980s. McKasty was of Polish descent.
Work
McKasty began his musical career as a bassist of the pop rock band the Mandolindley Road Show. He gave himself the middle name "Charles" after Ray Charles which he shortened to the initial "C." After the group disbanded, Paul joined the hip hop group Mikey D & the L.A. Posse. He began working as a producer and engineer for numerous hip-hop acts. Paul C's best-known work is on Ultramagnetic MC's 1988 classic debut album Critical Beatdown and the non-album singles the group released between 1988 and 1989. He has only one credit as a producer on the album, for the track "Give the Drummer Some," but according to group members, Paul C was responsible for the overall sound of the album. Paul preferred to work without contracts, so he often did not receive credit for his production work.
Paul C also worked for many other artists including Grandmaster Caz, Super Lover Cee & Casanova Rud, Stezo, and Rahzel. He also served as a mentor of Large Professor in the use of the E-mu SP-1200. He overheard a recording session of a new local group named Simply Too Positive and offered to produce its entire demo. Simply Too Positive eventually became Organized Konfusion and its demo created a major buzz around the group.

At the same time, he set up his own recording studio and began DJing in the city of Hannover. His 1998 production "Horny '98" featuring Hot 'n' Juicy (and a chorus sung by Inaya Day) on vocals reached the top of the Billboard dance charts in the late 1990s and Top 20 in the UK and Australia. The song features the vocals of Emma Lanford.
In my head everything was perfect every note resounds in harmony but all I seem to offer up are dischords and every note I sing sounds out of key and every time I play with passion I start breaking strings and my voice cracks when I sing from my heart guess that's the price I've got to pay to know that i'm alive this melody is tearing me apart so now what do I have to show and what price do I have to pay and like a sayan I won't grow unless I'm battered in the fray and we're all in the same machine each one with his own broken dreams passion gives way to failure so let's all try and understand you take my hand and i'll take yours
