2 minutes to understand what is 40GBASE SR4 QSFP+ Optical Transceiver and how does it work?
40G QSFP+ SR4 ( https://www.fibermall.com/sale-419669-40g-qsfp-sr4-100m-om3.htm ) optical transceiver is a four-channel small pluggable optical module. Its transmission rate can reach 40Gbps and the maximum transmission distance is 150m. 40GBASE-SR4 QSFP+ optical module has 12-Fiber MTP/MPO interfaces and usually connects with MTP/MPO multimode fiber patch cables with a wavelength of about 850 nm. The QSFP-SR4-40G optical module uses VCSEL transmitter type, which is ideal for applications such as parallel optical transmission and parallel optical interconnects, and is highly cost-effective.

How to choose SFP transceiver for fiber optical cable
The SFP transceiver will determine which kind of fiber optical cable you need. There is a single mode and multiple mode fiber optical cable. It needs a different SFP transceiver to work with those cables. The speed is another thing to consider. The SFP slot and SFP transceiver will not automatically downgrade to adapt to the speed, unlink network port, you can put 1000mbps speed port to work with 100mbps devices. You must select the match speed transceiver for your switch or converter. The LC is a popular connector because of its compact size. The working temperature also could be ignored especially while the switch or converter will be deployed outside.

Arduino Wireless RF Transceiver Module Intro
These little 433MHz RF transceiver modules are really fun and easy to use. In this video I'll show how to write Arduino code to send and receive data with them and give some examples of things you can do with them.
I got mine from this HackerBox: https://hackerboxes.com/collections/past-hackerboxes/products/hackerbox-0034-subghz-radio
But there are other modules out there that will work with any Arduino (usually over SPI pins). Look for CC1101 RF modules. For instance, from Elechouse: https://www.elechouse.com/elechouse/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=802
