In humans, the thigh is the area between the pelvis and the knee. Anatomically, it is part of the lower limb.
The single bone in the thigh is called the femur. This bone is very thick and strong (due to the high proportion of cortical bone), and forms a ball and socket joint at the hip, and a condylar joint at the knee.

Overall, the leg (lower limb) consists of seven interior bones:
In cross-section, the thigh is divided up into three separate compartments, divided by fascia, each containing muscles. These compartments use the femur as an axis, and are separated by tough connective tissue membranes (or septa). Each of these compartments has its own blood and nerve supply, and contains a different group of muscles.
Poultry (/ˌpoʊltriː/) are domesticatedbirds kept by humans for the eggs they produce, their meat, their feathers, or sometimes as pets. These birds are most typically members of the superorderGalloanserae (fowl), especially the order Galliformes (which includes chickens, quails and turkeys) and the family Anatidae, in order Anseriformes, commonly known as "waterfowl" and including domestic ducks and domestic geese. Poultry also includes other birds that are killed for their meat, such as the young of pigeons (known as squabs) but does not include similar wild birds hunted for sport or food and known as game. The word "poultry" comes from the French/Norman word poule, itself derived from the Latin word pullus, which means small animal.
The domestication of poultry took place several thousand years ago. This may have originally been as a result of people hatching and rearing young birds from eggs collected from the wild, but later involved keeping the birds permanently in captivity. Domesticated chickens may have been used for cockfighting at first and quail kept for their songs, but soon it was realised how useful it was having a captive-bred source of food. Selective breeding for fast growth, egg-laying ability, conformation, plumage and docility took place over the centuries, and modern breeds often look very different from their wild ancestors. Although some birds are still kept in small flocks in extensive systems, most birds available in the market today are reared in intensive commercial enterprises. Poultry is the second most widely eaten type of meat globally and, along with eggs, provides nutritionally beneficial food containing high-quality protein accompanied by a low proportion of fat. All poultry meat should be properly handled and sufficiently cooked in order to reduce the risk of food poisoning.

If you don't want to train this part, just stop the workout after 10min :) I would encourage you to do everything though, because training outer thighs is important as well. And no, it will not give you hip dips :D
Let me say this right away: I'm sorry for the last couple of exercises hahah!! When I tested the workout, I thought "okay it's challenging, but that's what we want". The next day, my thighs were soooo sore, that I was barely able to finish the workout when filming :D :D :D Look closely, my legs are SHAKING!!

10 MIN INNER THIGH - Floor only, Low Impact / chilled, slow & effective I Pamela Reif
You can almost stay lazy for this workout! :D No squats, no sweat, no standing up ♥️ / Werbung
This routine targets the inner part of the top of your legs = the INNER THIGHS.
▸ You might think they are a bit wobbly & hard to target during normal leg days. That’s normal!! It’s a small muscle that is usually secondary.
▸ With slow and concentrated exercises, we can wake up those muscles & make them more tight and toned :)
▸ You will also train them more effectively, if you continue with additional leg workouts afterwards.
▸ This also works amazing as a „finisher“ after your leg day. To make sure those inner thighs will be soooore tomorrow!

Don't be fooled: it looks easy, it starts easy... and suddenly the end is so hard :D :D I was FAILING! Watch closely, the book slipped down haha.

The book forces us to push our knees together, which has the nice benefit of training the INNER THIGHS. To make sure it doesn’t slip, you need to hold the tension non stop. That burrrrns! And your inner thighs will thank you for it.

Are you struggling with your THIGHS? It's a problem area for many women out there.. but we can definitely do something about this ♥︎ / Werbung
The first 10 minutes are strictly focused on inner thighs. The last 5min are dedicated to the outer thighs. If you don't want to train this part, just stop the workout after 10min :) I would encourage you to do everything though, because training outer thighs is important as well. And no, it will not give you hip dips :D
Let me say this right away: I'm sorry for the last couple of exercises hahah!! When I tested the workout, I thought "okay it's challenging, but that's what we want". The next day, my thighs were soooo sore, that I was barely able to finish the workout when filming :D :D :D Look closely, my legs are SHAKING!!
My brother Dennis was behind the camera and motivated me with "don't you give up during a Pamela Reif workout. If somebody can do it, it's Pamela Reif. Hold your leg up!"

If you need breaks - TAKE THEM! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time :) that's the best feeling! The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.

This routine targets the inner part of the top of your legs = the INNER THIGHS.
▸ You might think they are a bit wobbly & hard to target during normal leg days. That’s normal!! It’s a small muscle that is usually secondary.
▸ With slow and concentrated exercises, we can wake up those muscles & make them more tight and toned :)
▸ You will also train them more effectively, if you continue with additional leg workouts afterwards.
▸ This also works amazing as a „finisher“ after your leg day. To make sure those inner thighs will be soooore tomorrow!
PS: I filmed this workout completely on my own! My mind was busy with „s**t I hope the focus is still correct“ & „its so windy I cannot hear the beep“ :D :D the video turned out nice though, lucky me!!

In humans, the thigh is the area between the pelvis and the knee. Anatomically, it is part of the lower limb.
The single bone in the thigh is called the femur. This bone is very thick and strong (due to the high proportion of cortical bone), and forms a ball and socket joint at the hip, and a condylar joint at the knee.

Overall, the leg (lower limb) consists of seven interior bones:
In cross-section, the thigh is divided up into three separate compartments, divided by fascia, each containing muscles. These compartments use the femur as an axis, and are separated by tough connective tissue membranes (or septa). Each of these compartments has its own blood and nerve supply, and contains a different group of muscles.
